Third volume and it actually keeps being interesting。 The artwork has some nice litle touches, like N's eyes that underline his kind of。。。 otherworldly mindset (at least that is how it comes along to me), and the author knows how to use Pokemon abilities in this universe。The story is still intriguing and it was nice to finally see Bianca and Cheren, albeit Bianca still seems kind of pointless apart maybe being a comic relief character, albeit why you would want one in a series like this is beyon Third volume and it actually keeps being interesting。 The artwork has some nice litle touches, like N's eyes that underline his kind of。。。 otherworldly mindset (at least that is how it comes along to me), and the author knows how to use Pokemon abilities in this universe。The story is still intriguing and it was nice to finally see Bianca and Cheren, albeit Bianca still seems kind of pointless apart maybe being a comic relief character, albeit why you would want one in a series like this is beyond me。We once again see Black's book smart character and more of the world this all place in。If there is a negative point I would have to point out, I would say its the fact that there hasn't been much catching of Pokemon so far, well that and that they had given away already what status N seem to have, or maybe had, in Team Plasma。 But that is the only thing。All in all this manga so far has a better understanding of basic strategy than alot of action movies and show have。 。。。more

If you've already played Pokemon Black/White all the way through, you already know the storyline for this manga adaptation- almost right down to the dialogue。 The Pokemon illustrations and the battle depictions are well-drawn though。 No Pokemon fan should miss out :) If you've already played Pokemon Black/White all the way through, you already know the storyline for this manga adaptation- almost right down to the dialogue。 The Pokemon illustrations and the battle depictions are well-drawn though。 No Pokemon fan should miss out :) 。。。more

The B/W manga in this series ranks fairly low in my favorite sagas。。。I still cannot seem to get into the adventures of Black, White and the others yet, it may possibly be because of VIZ's idea of putting out the small graphic novel volumes, instead of full-size ones。 Okay then。。。where's the "HeartGold/SoulSilver" manga? THAT'S what I'm looking forward to!
